Why should I book my bus ticket with

How early can I book with

  • You can reserve your journey before 60 days and closes 20 minutes before departure date time.

Do I need to login to book ticket?

  • No, you do not need to login, you can use quick book and works with your phone number.

What do I need to register

  • Simple a valid mobile number.

How many seats can I book on a single booking?

  • Maximum of six seats can be booked on a single booking.

Do I have to carry any Identity proof while on journey?

  • Yes, you are required to have any govt assured ID with you to produce on request.

Do I have to book ticket for childrens?

  • Children's less than the age of 5 years are allowed to travel free without a seat. Children of age 5 years or above should book ticket for journey.

Is it mandatory to take a printout of the ticket?

  • It depends on the bus operator you have booked your ticket with, most of them support e-ticket or sms ticket.

Can I get my sms ticket on a different number?

  • Sure you can. Please contact our support.

I didn’t receive my sms ticket. How to get it?

  • Please get in touch on any of our support medium, we will resend it to you.

  • Ticket status is payment failed and amount deducted from bank account please get in touch on our support medium.

Can I cancel my ticket online?

  • Tickets booked at bus operator counter are to be cancelled at respective counters. Cancellation of tickets booked online can be done either through the User’s login in the’s website or mobile application, or by calling support number before 36 hours from departure after which no cancellation/refund will be entertained.

Can I change the date, time of journey, name etc.?

  • Once you have booked your ticket, you are not allowed to change the date, time of journey, name etc. In such case you will have to re-book with the desired date, time, etc and then cancel the old ticket.

What are the charges on cancellation?

  • Sevice charge/GST if collected are non-refundable for ticket cancellation, will charge Rs.20 as cancellation fee other than that bus operator charge of Rs.40 for every seats cancelled.

Can I cancel my ticket partial or not?

  • Partial cancellation is allowed, for which cancellation terms & conditions will apply.

How is a refund setteled when I cancel my ticket?

  • Refund for cancelled ticket is setteled to same payment option used during booking as provided with our cancellation terms.

Is Payment Gateway Service charges refunded?

  • Payment Gateway Service charges will not be refunded for service cancellation/failure transactions.

I missed the bus. Do I get refund?

  • No refund will be processed for No-Show Passengers (Passenger who do not report at the boarding point on time)

Can I get refund of fare in case of non performance of journey?

  • No refund for non performance of journey.

When will I get my refund?

  • All Refunds are processed automatically upon cancellation of tickets. Your bank may take 5-7 days to credit this amount to your account/card. In case the refund amount is not credited to your account in 7 days from the date of refund, we kindly request you to contact support, we will provide the necessary support in crediting back the refund amount.
